Our company is owned by two strong investment funds and is headquartered in Luxembourg. We endeavor to comply entirely with all applicable international laws, rules and regulations; conflicts would be resolved in Luxembourg. This approach is in line with the funds’ regulators’ requirements and conforms to our philosophy.

Adding value

We clearly understand that emerging countries aim to enlarge their value chains and that this is especially important to them, and we support it. That is why we train our project staff on the ground to take the operation of warehouses over from us in order to run them independently. This is how we create jobs and contribute to regional development.
